Do you require property management and maintenance? We offer our clients a wide range of property services to ensure all their needs are met. We specialise in the management of blocks of flats and private housing estates on behalf of residential management businesses, landlords and property developers throughout Surrey, London and surrounding areas. We have the team and resources with extensive experience in property management. All our staff are fully trained within their specialist fields and are professional, friendly and helpful. We will :

  • Market your property on the major property websites such as Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Provide you with a professional “To Let” board so you can catch any passing potential tenants.
  • Organise professional photos to be taken of your property.
  • Advise you on how to best present your property for rental
  • Handle any enquiries on your property and organise the viewings at mutually convenient times for you and your potential tenants.
  • Accompany all viewings at your property. Carry out all credit checks and draw up the necessary contracts needed.
  • Book an independent Inventory Clerk to carry out a check in and check out Inventory (Please note that this is not included in our landlords fees and will be charged separately)
